  Appointment terminated by ordinance signed by the Governor General on 31 January 2014. Global News reported he was also removed from the Queen's Privy Council for Canada, and that he had served 37 months in a US prison after convictions for fraud and obstruction of justice. CTV News reported that President Trump granted him a full pardon in May 2019. Black has said he is innocent.
